Chateau Engalin receives wedding and event enquiries from couples and planners across the UK, US, France, and beyond — each with different timezones, languages, budgets, and questions. Off-the-shelf CRMs forced the team into rigid pipelines built for B2B sales, not bespoke hospitality. Critical context lived in inboxes, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads. Response times suffered, follow-ups got missed, and the team was stuck in admin instead of building relationships.

We built a custom CRM from the ground up — purpose-built for high-touch event sales. A unified enquiry pipeline, automated qualification, smart booking workflows, and supplier coordination, all in one system. Layered on top: an AI intelligence layer that scores leads, drafts responses in the right tone and language, and surfaces pipeline insights the team can actually act on. Fully owned by Engalin, fully tailored to how they run the estate.
