Who we are

About.

We build the AI platforms that make businesses worth more to acquire , and hand them over outright.

Every engagement ends with a full IP transfer. Not a licence. Not a subscription. You own everything.

We design every platform to look as good in a data room as it does in production. Exit value is a design principle.

Our story

We built it for ourselves first.

Meridian AI started the way most good software companies do, with a problem we couldn't ignore. A business we were close to was paying nearly £100k a year across two off-the-shelf platforms that ran their most critical operations. Neither was owned. Neither could be changed. Every workflow bent to fit the software, not the other way around.

So we built the replacement. A unified operating system designed from scratch: CRM, member app, events, payments, and an AI assistant, all connected, all owned, all delivered in six months.

That platform now runs in production. It pays for itself many times over and re-rated the business it was built for. More importantly, it proved the thesis: most companies don't need another SaaS subscription. They need software they own, shaped to how they actually work.

Meridian AI exists to build that software. Custom AI platforms, internal tools, and operating systems for businesses that have outgrown what's available off the shelf. The white-label platform is the proof. Bespoke engagements are the business.

We stay small deliberately. Every engagement is led by the founders. No account managers, no handoffs to junior teams. When you work with Meridian AI, you work with the people who built the platform.

How we think

Four principles that shape every engagement.

01

Ownership over dependency

Every engagement ends with a full IP transfer. You own the code, the infrastructure, the models. Not a licence — yours.

02

Specificity over scale

We don't chase volume. We take on a small number of engagements at a time and go deep on each one.

03

Exit value as a design principle

We think about how the platform we're building will look in a data room. Every architectural decision is designed to make the business more acquirable.

04

Proof before promise

We built the Echelon platform before pitching it to anyone. We'd rather show you working software than a deck full of architecture diagrams.

Where we're going

Building the firm enterprises call when they're serious about AI.

The plan is straightforward. We use the platform we've already built, proven in production, paying for itself, generating real outcomes, to win larger custom engagements. Each engagement becomes a case study. Each case study wins the next. By 2028 to 2030, we've built a body of work that positions Meridian AI as the firm enterprises trust with their most critical AI infrastructure, across finance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and beyond.

We're not trying to be a 500-person consultancy. We're building a focused, high-margin technology firm with owned IP, recurring platform revenue, and a client base that generates its own referrals. The goal is to be the team enterprises call when they need software that actually works, not another pilot, not another vendor lock-in, not another quarter of slides.

Now

Platform revenue + first custom engagements

Proprietary platform live and generating revenue. First bespoke AI engagements underway across multiple sectors. Foundations laid for everything that comes next.

2025-2026

Build the case study portfolio

5 to 10 enterprise AI engagements across industries. Proprietary infrastructure builds, internal tooling, custom platforms. Real logos, real outcomes, real numbers, the proof that travels.

2027-2028

Scale the platform and the firm

White-label and bespoke platforms generating recurring revenue. Team of 8 to 12 engineers. Known as the firm that builds AI systems enterprises actually own.

2029-2030

Exit or raise

A focused, high-margin AI technology business with owned IP, recurring revenue, and a defensible client base. Target: £150 to £200M.
